Curds
Now as we know curds are not good, neither is Yogurt, but (there is always a BUT) but I love it so much that I can't stop having it. (Oh, thats good, can die having curds but can't live without) Is there any way to have it?
This is not just about curds, anything you tell there will be a question, any Alternative? Tell me anything to leave, anything to stop, but not this. (Ofcourse you'll say this, because I haven't told to stop anything else but this).
It is like, You say don't eat poison or you will die, but they say, no no no no no, please don't say that. I wanna have it, just tell me something that will still keep me alive.
Tell them don't have curds, they ask Hot season?? Not in hot season they ask cold curds? No cold curds, they ask hot curds? Never hot curds, then added with sugar, added with water, with milk, with salt and what not, but please allow us to have Curds. We live on curds next to oxygen.
Can't blame them, because probably in some cases even I would have done the same thing. Loved things aren't easy to leave. We find some or other way. We find some articles on internet, cuttings of papers praising whatever we are told not to have, like Yogurts and curds for maintaining health status; and flash it everytime when we are questioned.
Today is world health day. And the subject is Diabetes. So writing about curds. The curds which if had and especially if had untimely and without following proper procedure, can also lead to Prameha; which is nearest to Diabetes according to Ayurved.
If want to stay healthy-
-Try to avoid curds,
-If not, at least try to avoid in hot season,
-In other seasons have curds which is properly formed,
-If at all you want to have in hot season, have in very less quantity and that too added with Dry Ginger powder or pepper or long pepper or a little chilly powder,
-Don't heat curds, because it becomes poison after that.
So on WORLD health day esp Diabetes, decide to follow some rules about having Curds; at least Curds we can start with......
