Camel Milk

#Ayurved_For_You

In the Desert

[With treatment perspective on Doctor's day]

Have you ever heard anyone using Camel milk? No? Of course you wouldn't. Because the place we live isn't the place Camels live. But the land where Camels are found they also use Buffalo milk now.

Milk of Camel is slightly salty in taste. It is slightly hot in nature and light to digest. Being hot, salty and light it helps to increase digestive power. Rare for any kind of milk, Camel milk possesses dryness.

But again, why am I telling this? What's the use?

Ayurved tells properties of all these types of milks; and ofcourse reading that feels crazy. I mean who milks a camel? They might be using in that era but now the time has changed. Nobody milks camel to drink it. Is Ayurved still selling the knowledge of old Stone age? Any significance of telling this?

But later realised, people in Saurashtra and Rajasthan do use milk of Camels even now. Because that is the place where Camels are found so is the milk.

There are diseases where milk is to be given. But in same case digestion is to be improved, toxins are to be removed, and normal physiology is to be maintained. If given any other milk, doesn't serve the purpose.

But because of all the mentioned rare for milk properties Camel milk fits best and treats best.
Not any milk can do that, but Camel's can.
Interesting isn't it?

Now please don't ask how to get a Camel's milk in our place! We can get a packed cow milk packed in Gujarat, why not Camel's; at least for treatment purpose!
