Weight loss

Water should not be had
in the morning
It should not be had
at night before sleeping.
It should not be had in excess
Should not be heated
and mixed with honey.

Then what should be done?
How to have water?
When to have it?

Actually Ayurved says,
water should be had
only when needed.
Water should be had
in little quantity during meals,
or when one is very much
exausted and thirsty.

Otherwise a healthy person
should drink least amount.
Because the required amount
of water for the body is
provided by the Food itself.

Then what about weight loss?

To loose weight use either
warm water alone
or honey alone.

Best way is warm water.
Helps more if half a cup
of warm water is had
15 mins before food.
It helps regulate motions
and reduces weight.
