Dairy Milk

These days milk we get is the milk we don't know about. Don't even know whether it is cow's milk or not.

Milk available in packets is collected from different places. Milk of different cows is collected. In this there is milk of different breeds of cows. Some are hybrid and some are non hybridized Country cows. Some cows are sick, some are healthy. Sick cows are given medicines and Antibiotics, while healthy cows are being given Hormones.To fulfill the requirement sometimes previous day's stored stale milk is also added. Or some may even add a little Buffalo milk. Milk of different cows and different breeds is collected and mixed. Once it is mixed, there is no way to know which milk it is. Then it is pasteurised and packed.

Overall what we get is mixture of different cow milks. At first place we don't get Cow milk, and when we get it, we aren't sure about it's purity.
