Good Food Habit

Do you think those complicated
recipe plans, health drinks, exercises
and extremely tedious, time consuming
calorie counts in all your food were all
difficult way to lose weight?

A very new way advised these days
and used to loose weight is this;
Every day have same food and
you will definitely lose weight.

Scientists say eating the same meal
every day for a week causes people
to consume fewer calories. Hence
they loose their weight.

Surely they will loose weight,
because those who have same
food every day, they become less
interested in the food. So consume
less food and ultimately loose weight.

I won't comment whether it is
the correct method to loose weight,
but it works for sure.
The question remains,
who should use this technique?

Those who are obese because of
excessive food intake are those
who can adopt this method.
But again there is a problem.
Having food should be act of joy,
not a regimen of Punishment.
Having same food everyday will
feel like punishment and that
affects the normal mental status.
Such people loose interest in their
normal day to day work.

As Ayurved says, health is not just
physical well being, So always take
care that when you loose weight,
don't loose balence of life.
