Curds or Yogurt
Soft and liquid, flavoured and tasty, Curd but yummy. Even those who don't like curds like this. The delicious Yogurt loved by everyone. And whenever we say curds, they have yogurt. And everywhere we get to listen that it is good for health.
Actually according to Ayurved, Yogurt is a form of Mandaka (मंदक), incompletely formed Curds. And it causes Vitiation of all Dosha.
So having Yogurt is different than having curds.
The concept of Yogurt is from western countries where curds are not formed with proper thickness. So it is had in liquid form and called Yogurt. But in tropical countries like ours, we can get proper curd with proper sololidity and proper taste.
But if we do that, our image of being modernised guys will get a small crack.
So save your image by having Yogurt, although you become sick.
