Jersey breed of cattle is famous for it's milk. It gives milk more than any cow. So whenever we say we use Cow milk, it is mostly from Jersey. So obvious it is when you get more yield, you earn more. And yes you provide milk of cow, rather than milk of a heavy lazy Buffalo.

Intention may be good, but it is one sided. That is because.... Okay let me give an example. I hope by the end you will understand what I meant.

In country side few farmers go out in the evening to have drinks. After a hectic day they think a drink or two will help them relax. So they go and end up having a drink or ten.
So when it's time to go home, they aren't in condition to even stand properly. How will they reach home? Who will drive them home?

Well, wise farmer doesn't come on a bike or scooter. He comes with his Bullock cart. With two huge Bull engines. In such conditions these engines act as drivers. So farmer doesn't have to drive or even navigate. Vehicle drives itself.

Now if the Engine is Country Oxen, Farmer doesn't need to stay awake. He sleeps and they bring their farmer friend right in front of the home, the correct address. Intelligent. They know when to start when to stop and where to stop.

But if those are Jersey bulls; when farmer wakes up, he finds it is morning, he is still in the cart; and the place is totally unknown. Becaus once Jersey start pulling the cart, they will keep doing that until they get the next order, or they get extremely tired. So he is miles away from his home left with his cart, his Bulls and his Frustration.

I think you got my point.
Jerseys may work hard, but lack intelligence. They are like a dumb guy who doesn't know what to do until he is ordered.
So you know what properties you get from that milk. You get milk of a Cow, but not much different than that of a Buffalo.
